Common household devices are automatically included in all active Device Support + subscriptions, including Printer(s), Scanner(s), Smart Home Device(s) located at the same address that we have on file.

Automatic Windows Updates are available to devices running Windows 10 or later. Windows Updates are tested before deploying to supported devices.

Automatic Patches applies to the common softwares. A full list is available by requesting so via contacting us on our Contact Us page.

¹ Service plan checkups are limited to one visit every six months. When it’s time, you’ll receive an automated text notification. The service must be completed within 30 days of that message. Each check-up includes up to one hour of service—either onsite or remote—with any applicable service plan discounts. Time beyond the first hour will be billed.

² Priority Appointments means that you will be scheduled ahead of, or potentially scheduled over, non-members.

³ All Sonos products receive a 5% discount. All TVs receive a 5% discount. Equipment ineligible for discounts includes, but is not limited to, Apple products.
