Common household devices are automatically included in all active Device Support + subscriptions, including Printer(s), Scanner(s), Smart Home Device(s) located at the same address that we have on file.
¹ Automatic Windows Updates are available to devices running Windows 10 or later. Windows Updates are tested before deploying to supported devices.
² Automatic Patches applies to the common softwares. A full list is available by requesting so via contacting us on our Contact Us page.
³ Priority Appointments means that you will be scheduled ahead of, or potentially scheduled over, non-members.
⁴ No Hourly Minimums applies to Remote and Drop-off services only. Onsite services have the normal hourly minimum requirements.
⁵ There is a cap at 5 devices per household. If you have more devices that you would like us to support, please reach out to us here.

The remaining balance must be paid in full upon installation or completion of the service. All installation appointments related to this promotion must be completed by 5:00 PM CST on January 30, 2025. Discounts are applied only to the price of eligible items and do not include sales tax, service fees, or installation add-ons.
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions. Items not explicitly listed as part of this promotion are excluded. This promotion does not apply to previously purchased items or services, or to purchases made after the promotion period has ended. All items are subject to availability, and Firefly Anything Tech is not responsible for delays or unavailability of specific items.

Customers are responsible for ensuring a clear and accessible installation site prior to the scheduled appointment.
