Terms & Conditions
Required Information
To ensure a smooth and efficient service experience, Firefly Anything Tech mandates the submission of specific details when scheduling appointments, whether for remote services, service calls, or drop-offs. The essential information includes your first and last name for personalized communication, the company name (if applicable) for accurate billing to business entities, your email address for invoice delivery and important communications, your mobile phone number for timely notifications and relevant updates, and your full address to dispatch technicians accurately and send pertinent mail materials.
Additionally, a valid credit/debit card is required to be on file for streamlined appointment scheduling, the prevention of late fees whenever possible, and the settlement of unpaid invoices or fees. Credit/debit cards stored on file are subject to automatic charges for associated fees or when an invoice’s due date is reached or surpassed.
If a client opts not to provide their credit/debit card information for any reason to secure an appointment, Firefly Anything Tech requires the pre-payment of an estimated appointment value determined by our team before the commencement of any scheduled service.
In cases where an estimate is based on hourly rates, and the prepaid amount has been fully utilized, all work will cease immediately. Resumption of work can only occur upon the submission of an additional prepayment to Firefly Anything Tech. Authorization to continue work can only be granted by an authorized member of Firefly Anything Tech, which includes but is not limited to, the CEO and receptionist.
Upon the completion of prepaid work, if the client has prepaid an amount exceeding the official invoice balance due, the client has the option to receive the surplus in two ways. The surplus can be applied as a credit towards another Firefly Anything Tech invoice, to be used at a later date with no expiration, or as a check mailed to the client’s address on file with Firefly Anything Tech. In the event that the Client does not communicate their preference to Firefly Anything Tech via the contact information found on our Contact Us page by the Invoice’s Due date, the surplus will be automatically applied as a credit towards future Firefly Anything Tech invoices, providing the client with the flexibility to utilize the surplus at their convenience, with no expiration date.
This policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in financial transactions, offering clients flexibility and options in managing their pre-payments for services provided by Firefly Anything Tech.
Each piece of information serves a distinct purpose, with names ensuring correct addressing, company names facilitating proper billing for business-related services, email addresses enabling efficient communication, mobile phone numbers supporting timely updates, and full addresses ensuring technicians are dispatched accurately. The credit/debit card requirement streamlines payment processes and facilitates automatic billing.
While a valid credit/debit card is required to schedule appointments, Firefly Anything Tech recognizes and welcomes clients to utilize our other supported payment methods for settling unpaid balances or invoices. We prioritize the security and privacy of provided information, adhering to our comprehensive Privacy Policy.
Billing
All invoices generated by Firefly Anything Tech default to a payment period of 3 days from the invoiced date. However, if a client communicates (via the communication information found on our Contact Us page), before the invoice due date, their intention to pay via a mailed check, the due date is extended to 14 days from the original invoiced date. Please note that there is an automatic $5/day late fee for each day the payment is overdue, with no set limit. In the event that a Firefly Anything Tech has reason to believe or a client displays, by the means of in-person, phone call, email, text, or other forms of communication, the intent to not pay an invoice, Firefly Anything Tech is fully authorized to charge the credit/debit card on file for the full Balance Due stated on their Invoice.
Firefly Anything Tech offers multiple payment methods, including credit card payments, secured bank transfers, Venmo (@NathanEledge with the payable invoice number in the description), Zelle (instructions are on each invoice), and check payments (made out to Firefly Anything Tech, memoed as the payable invoice number, and mailed to the appropriate address which can be found via the business address located on your invoice or by calling, texting, or emailing us via the communication information found on our Contact Us page). For all payments with a credit card, a 3.5% Credit Card Fee is automatically applied to the entire Balance Due. Alternative payment methods are available for clients who prefer not to use a credit card. It is important to highlight that any lost checks or failed payment attempts are the sole responsibility of the payee. Firefly Anything Tech bears no responsibility for any lost checks or payment issues.
Estimates provided by Firefly Anything Tech serve as approximations and not fixed quotes. Prices for both services and physical goods are subject to change at any time. Upon acceptance of any estimate, a minimum deposit of 10% for the entire Balance Due amount listed on the estimate is required. If not otherwise specified, the deposit amount is 50% of the total Balance Due on the estimate.
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing by a duly authorized executive of Firefly Anything Tech, all estimates provided by the company, whether remote or onsite, shall expire after a period of 30 days from the date indicated as the ‘Estimate Date’ on the corresponding estimate. Upon expiration of the estimate, it may be required to conduct another consultation to provide a sufficient estimate. Furthermore, any promotional offers, pending credits, or discounts provided by Firefly Anything Tech shall automatically lapse upon the expiration of the aforementioned 30-day period.

Service Limitations
Firefly Anything Tech will perform only the services explicitly outlined and agreed upon in writing before the appointment. Any additional services requested during the appointment, whether onsite or remotely, must be pre-approved by an authorized Firefly Anything Tech representative. Additional services may result in extra charges and/or require the rescheduling of the appointment based on technician availability. Any refusal to approve or prepay for additional work will result in the termination of further service for that session.
Firefly Anything Tech cannot guarantee compatibility, successful resolution, or continued functionality for unsupported devices, legacy systems, or unauthorized third-party software. Clients must confirm that their equipment and software comply with the supported systems and hardware requirements communicated by Firefly Anything Tech. Service attempts made on unsupported systems or devices are performed at the client’s risk, and no refunds or warranties will be provided.
Firefly Anything Tech strives to resolve all technical issues presented; however, no guarantee is made that every problem will be fully resolved, particularly when working with aging, damaged, or unsupported hardware or software. Services rendered are based on a best-effort approach, and clients acknowledge that results may vary depending on the condition of their equipment, network, and third-party factors outside Firefly Anything Tech’s control.
While Firefly Anything Tech endeavors to resolve all client issues, certain problems may require manufacturer-level support, third-party service providers, or additional diagnostics outside our capabilities. Firefly Anything Tech cannot be held liable for incomplete or partial resolutions due to external limitations. Clients will be informed of such dependencies, and further resolutions may require separate agreements or arrangements.
Data Protection and Client Responsibility
Clients must provide safe, unobstructed, and reasonable access to the premises where services are scheduled to be performed. This includes ensuring that any hazardous conditions (e.g., pests, unsafe environments, physical obstructions) are mitigated prior to the technician’s arrival. If technicians determine that access is unsafe or unavailable, the appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated service value will apply. Clients will be required to reschedule the appointment under the conditions outlined in the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy.
Clients are solely responsible for backing up all critical data prior to the commencement of any service. While Firefly Anything Tech takes reasonable precautions to protect client data, data loss, corruption, or damage is an inherent risk of repair, troubleshooting, or software installation services. Firefly Anything Tech does not perform data backups unless explicitly included in the scope of work and will not be held liable for any data-related loss or damages occurring during or after service. By engaging with our services, clients acknowledge and accept this risk and are strongly encouraged to perform a full backup of their data before any service begins.
A responsible adult (aged 18 or older) must be present at the service location throughout the duration of any onsite appointment. This individual must be authorized to make decisions regarding the service and approve any necessary changes. If no responsible party is available at the time of the technician’s arrival, the appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee of 75% of the estimated service value will apply.

Firefly Anything Tech does not assume responsibility for the performance, compatibility, or functionality of any client-supplied equipment. Any damages, malfunctions, or failures caused by the installation or configuration of such equipment are the sole responsibility of the client. Firefly Anything Tech strongly recommends that clients use equipment purchased or recommended through its services for optimal results.
All services provided by Firefly Anything Tech include a seven-day workmanship warranty beginning from the date of service completion. This warranty covers any issues that arise as a direct result of the work performed and will be resolved at no additional charge.
Hardware and third-party products retain their respective manufacturer warranties, and it is the client’s responsibility to manage those claims. Firefly Anything Tech cannot be held liable for manufacturer defects or failures outside of its scope of service.
The warranty provided by Firefly Anything Tech does not cover issues resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, improper operation, software updates, malware, or viruses occurring after service completion. Pre-existing hardware or software failures that were not resolved during the service are also excluded. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to circumstances caused by acts of nature, accidents, or unauthorized third-party repairs. Clients acknowledge these exclusions and limitations upon engaging with Firefly Anything Tech services.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be settled exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Tennessee, and both parties waive their right to litigation in a court of law, except for claims qualifying for small claims court.
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any legal proceedings outside arbitration must be filed in the appropriate courts located in Tennessee.
Should Firefly Anything Tech incur legal fees, collection fees, or arbitration costs to recover unpaid invoices, late fees, or damages, the client agrees to reimburse all associated costs in addition to the outstanding balance.
If a client disputes any portion of their invoice, they must notify Firefly Anything Tech in writing within 7 days of the invoice date. Failure to dispute the charges within this period constitutes acceptance of the invoice in full. Disputes will be reviewed promptly, and clients remain responsible for paying any undisputed amounts while the matter is under investigation.
Force Majeure
Firefly Anything Tech shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, pandemics, government restrictions, labor strikes, supply chain disruptions, power outages, or internet failures. In such situations, Firefly Anything Tech will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services at a mutually convenient time. However, clients acknowledge that Firefly Anything Tech is not responsible for any damages, delays, or losses caused by such unforeseen events.
Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits made to secure appointments, estimates, or equipment orders are non-refundable, except in cases where Firefly Anything Tech cancels the service without providing rescheduling options. Clients acknowledge that deposits compensate for the time spent scheduling, planning, or procuring equipment necessary for the service. If a client cancels an appointment, deposits will be applied toward any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in the Cancellation & Reschedule Policy. Deposits not applied to fees will be held as credit toward future services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Service Modifications
Firefly Anything Tech reserves the right to modify service plans, timelines, and estimates mid-project if unforeseen challenges arise. Such challenges may include structural issues, additional labor requirements, or previously undisclosed problems that impact the original service plan. Clients will be notified promptly, and written authorization will be required to proceed with the revised plan. If clients decline to approve the necessary modifications, Firefly Anything Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, with all charges for work completed up to that point remaining due.
Refund Policy
Firefly Anything Tech does not offer refunds for completed services or used equipment unless explicitly stated in writing. If a service is canceled before it has been performed, eligible refunds for any prepaid amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven days of cancellation. Refunds for equipment purchases are limited to items in unused, original condition and are subject to restocking fees, where applicable. Custom-ordered or special-order equipment is non-refundable.
Client Property Disclaimer
Firefly Anything Tech is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to client property, including but not limited to devices, equipment, or accessories left at our premises for service, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all personal items unrelated to the service are removed prior to technician work. Equipment left for more than 30 days following the completion of service or notification of repair readiness will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or recycled at the discretion of Firefly Anything Tech.
Changes to Scheduled Appointments
Clients who wish to modify the scope of work or add additional services after an appointment has been scheduled must notify Firefly Anything Tech at least 24 hours in advance. Changes to the scope of work may require rescheduling the appointment or providing a revised estimate, and additional charges may apply. Firefly Anything Tech cannot guarantee same-day accommodation of scope changes.
Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Firefly Anything Tech, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the client’s misuse of services, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or failure to disclose relevant information, such as pre-existing hardware or software issues.
